For more than a century, Texas Exes worldwide have remembered March 2nd Texas Independence Day as a time to celebrate both the State and the University of Texas. In 1900, the Association adopted a resolution which states: “Whenever two Texas Exes shall meet on March 2nd, they all shall sit and break bread and pay tribute to the institution that made their education possible.”
We wish you a Happy Texas Independence Day!
